Sarah is one of the most intentional, thoughtful, and well-rounded leaders I have had the opportunity to work alongside in my 25+ years in the professional world. During her nearly 10 years at TFA, Sarah launched and grew our AAPI Alliances work in profound and important ways — helping to not only increase the percentage of teachers in our program identifying as AAPI, but also strengthening leadership pathways and opportunities for AAPI alumni. As Vice President of our National Community Alliances team, Sarah led her team to operate from an intersectional, equity-focused lens — building off of a shared sense of possibility and deep belief that by working in coalition with one another and others, the work is not only stronger, but more joyful.
